Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year! The first two days have gone off without a hitch. I've seen many smiling faces and gotten to meet many of the students and families at PHE. What a fantastic way to start off the year.
A theme for this year is for us to improve communication. If we expect our students to boldly enter into the 21st century, we adults must be willing to push our comfort zones and enter into the world of technology. Therefore this year, we will strive to communicate with each other in realtime using the following technologies:

Therefore this year, we will strive to communicate with each other in realtime using the following technologies:
- Website - the school website has been redesigned and streamlined so that information can be quickly and easily located.
- Twitter - the left-hand side of our webpage will display the latest "tweets" from our official @PHEdinos handle.
- Blog - this blog will be updated on at least a bimonthly basis highlighting some of the interesting events that are happening at our school (from the principal's view at least).
- Remind - parents will be texted messages to remind them of school-related events that might be of interest to parents. To sign up send a text to "81010" and in the message line type "@pheparent"
